was arrested on a court order.
• Bobby Jean Simpson Jr., 40 of New
Market, was arrested on a probation revocation.
• Eric E. Avans, 46 of Fackler, was arrested
on a probation revocation.
• Ashley Danyelle Benson, 23 of
Scottsboro, was arrested on a judge’s order.
• Tawnya Jean Dunn, 47 of Hollywood, was arrested on a probation
revocation and charged with parole violation.
• Dakota Tyler Mason, 25 of Woodville, was
charged with two counts of violation of release order.
• Mickey Lee McAllister, 47 of Paint Rock,
was charged with assault third degree, possession of a controlled substance and
promoting prison contraband second degree.

• Eric E. Avans, 46 of Fackler, was
charged with being a fugitive from justice.
• Richard James Cooley II, 26 of Bridgeport, was arrested
on a bond revocation.
• Adam Nicholas Haislip, 39 of Scottsboro,
was charged with failure to pay.
• Shawn Lamar Hatfield, 45 of Pisgah, was
charged with five counts of failure to pay.
• Timothy Howard Helms, 47 of Henagar, was
charged with DUI.
• Robert Emmett Hughes IV, 30 of
Scottsboro, was arrested on warrants of 11 counts of fraudulent use of a credit
card, theft third degree and theft fourth degree.
• Pamela Michelle Mason, 35 of Scottsboro,
was arrested on a bond removal.
• Brittany Joyce Smith, 31 of Stevenson,
was returned to county jail for court.
• Timothy Tyrone Tolliver, 44 of Chattanooga, Tennessee,
was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with failure to appear and
failure to pay.

card, theft third degree and theft fourth degree.

was charged with failure to appear.
• Timothy Tyrone Tolliver, 44 of Chattanooga, Tennessee,
was charged with obstructing governmental operations.
• Jennifer Nicole Brownfield, 41 of Fort Payne,
was charged with failure to appear.
• Bonne Mae Mashburn, 49 of New Hope, was charged
