arrested on three counts of bond removal.
• Oran Raymond Ayers, 58 of Dawson, was charged with
disorderly conduct.
• Floyd Bradley Bryant, 49 of
Dutton, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of
drug paraphernalia, loitering in a drug house and promoting prison contraband
third degree.
• James Castle, 44 of Stevenson,
was returned to county jail from rehab.
• Howard Deanglo Cothrean, 51 of
Stevenson, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with failure to
pay and escape third degree.
• Scott DeWayne Evans, 50 of
Section, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession
of drug paraphernalia.
• Cheryl Ann Fine, 62 of Section,
was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug
paraphernalia, giving false identification to obstruct justice and failure to
appear.
• Tommy L. Guffey, 42 of Dalton, Georgia,
was arrested on a probation revocation.
• Terri Lynn Martin, 47 of
Section, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession
of drug paraphernalia.
• Richard Charles McKee, 63 of
Section, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance
and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Emmett Lester Oneal, 62 of
Scottsboro, was arrested on a probation revocation.
• Christy Lynn Phillips, 37 of Hollywood, was arrested
on a probation revocation and charged with three counts of failure to pay.
• Byron Keith Pritchett, 36 of South Pittsburg, Tennessee,
was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana
second degree and resisting arrest.

on three counts of bond removal.

was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled
substance.
• Deanna Carol Fraley, 48 of
Valley Head, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with three
counts of failure to pay.
• Demario Gunn, 25 of Fyffe, was
charged with possession of marijuana second degree and possession of a
controlled substance.
• Brooks Harrison, 48 of
Woodville, was charged with possession of marijuana second degree and
possession of drug paraphernalia.
• David Henry Higgins, 48 of
Stevenson, was charged with two counts of failure to pay.
• David Corey Tipton, 40 of South Pittsburg, Tennessee,
was charged with manslaughter.
• Joshua Keith Tripp, 34 of
Pisgah, was charged with violation of release order.
• Bradley Eugene Vickery, 33 of
Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear, three counts of failure to pay
and two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.
