Larry W. Walters, 52 of Whitwell,
Tennessee, was arrested on
probation revocation.
•
Alvaro Rosario Rocha, 34 of Hollywood,
was arrested on three counts of probation revocation and charged with
possession of a controlled substance.
•
James Jeremy Owens, 36 of Stevenson, was arrested on probation revocation and
charged with two counts of failure to appear, escape third degree, attempted
assault first degree and fleeing to elude.
•
Rod Edwards Hanna, 25 of Scottsboro, was charged with promoting prison
contraband third degree.
•
Dennis Richard Davis, 55 of Hollywood,
was charged with fleeing to elude and failure to pay.
•
Andrew Lee Ewan, 42 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of a controlled
substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second
degree.

Cody Lee Venable, 29 of Scottsboro, was charged with theft of property third
degree.
•
Kenneth Adam Talley, 33 of Dutton, was charged with arson second degree,
burglary third degree and theft of property fourth degree.
•
Andrew Lee Ewan, 42 of Scottsboro was arrested on probation revocation.
•
Tony Lee Brown, 28 of Section, was charged with failure to pay, theft by fraudulent
leasing.
•
Tivoli Reneka Justice, 37 of Cedar Bluff, was charged with obstructing justice,
using false identification and two counts of possession of a controlled
substance.
•
Herman Steven Medley, 50 of Henagar, was arrested on probation revocation and
bond forfeiture and charged with two counts of failure to appear and criminal
mischief third degree.

Jennifer Ann Moon, 38 of Hollywood,
was charged with five counts of failure to appear, possession of a controlled
substance, possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug
paraphernalia.

Becky Marie Murray, 38 of Section, was charged with possession of a controlled
substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•
Telitha S. Payne, 65 of Section, was charged with obstructing a government
operation.
