He is survived by: Wife of 43 years – Glenda Kay Creek. Son – Vernon J. (Kellye) Henegar. Sister – Mary Jane Blankenship. Grandchildren – Keith McCullough, Brandon Henegar, Haley (Jamie) Roach, and Cody Henegar. Great Grandchildren – Emma McCullough, McKenzie McCullough, Gunner Roach, Foster Roach, and Cain Henegar.
He was preceded in death by: Parents – Ted Creek Sr. and Mary Ellen Jordan Creek. Brother – Ted Creek Jr. Son – Gregory Lee McCullough.
