Beginner
Beekeeping Workshop
Jackson County Beekeepers Association will hold a Beginner
Beekeeping Workshop on Saturday, March 21, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the Jackson County Farmers Federation.
This is a hands-on workshop for beginners. The topics will include: Equipment building and use, setting up your apiary, what to expect
when you get bees, how to keep your bees alive, diseases and pests, and colony

Mt. Olive Church Singing
Mt. Olive Church in Woodville will host a singing on Saturday, March
21, beginning at 7:00 pm. The special
singers will be Saved By Grace.

Revival
Mt. Olive Church in Woodville will hold a revival from Monday, March
23 to Friday, March 27, beginning nightly at 7:00 pm. The evangelist will be Sam Gulley.
Siege At Bridgeport
The 26th Annual Siege At
Bridgeport will be held from Friday, April 3 – Sunday, April 5
at 2361 County Road 255 in Bridgeport. History will come alive when 1,500
re-enactors authentically recreate this fateful battle of the Civil War. There will be period music, authentic
encampment, and vendors of historical items and clothing. “School Day” is Friday, April
5. The event is open to the public on
Saturday, April 4, and Sunday, April 5.
Admission is $5.00 for adults.

Special Needs
Easter Egg Hunt
Scottsboro
Rec will host a Special Needs Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 11, at 2:00 pm
at the Bynum Soccer Complex. There will
be areas set up for different disabilities, including the new chirping eggs for
visually impaired children, balloon eggs for children in wheelchairs and
walkers, an area for sensory children, as well as one for the siblings to hunt
eggs. The Easter Bunny will also be
there.
Job Fair
There
will be a job fair for senior high students and adults, on Thursday, April 16,
from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Scottsboro Rec-Com, located at 701
S. Houston Street. The fair will feature local industries and local businesses. Candidates should have resume and be dressed
for interviews on site.
Market On The
Square
Main Street Scottsboro will hold its annual Market on the Square on
Saturday, April 18, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on the square in downtown
Scottsboro. There will be arts and crafts,
food, a craft area for the kids, music, and walking history tours.
Taco Trot 2020
Family
Services of North Alabama
will host a Taco Trot 5K on Friday, April 24 at Civitan Park in
Guntersville. Same day registration will
be 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with race beginning at 6:30 pm. The after party will include a taco bar,

Rosalie Community Center
Rosalie
Community Center holds a
monthly meeting on the 3rd Thursday of every month (except December)
at 6:00 pm. New members are welcome; you
do not have to be a resident of Rosalie.
We do multiple fundraising projects throughout the year to help
contribute to the betterment of our community!

By His Hands Outreach Ministry offers a soup kitchen on
Mondays at 6:00 pm, and a clothes closet Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to

Library’s Toddler Story Time
The Lena Cagle Public Library located in Bridgeport will hold Toddler Story Time, the
3rd Tuesday of every month, beginning at 10:00 am.
Dance Every Saturday Night!
Dance away your Saturday nights from, 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm,
at the Veterans Post Home in Scottsboro.
Donations go to assist in missions and programs for veterans, their
families, and the community. The
American Legion Auxiliary Unit 30 sponsors the alcohol and smoke-free event. All
new-comers are welcome.
Guitar Lessons
Stevenson Public Library will host guitar lessons by
Jonathan Olaphant on Wednesdays at 3:30 pm.
Lessons will be $10 per person.

New Life Ministries
New Life Ministries in Ider is an independent
non-denomination church led by the Holy Spirit of God. Services are held on Sundays at 10:30 am and
Wednesdays at 6:00 pm. Pastor Jeff

Amazing Grace Church Of God will begin holding Under Grace
