second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• James Hoyt Langford, 35 of Owens Cross
Roads, was charged with escape second degree and failure to pay.
• Matt Douglass Fine, 50 of Scottsboro,
was charged with failure to pay.
• Truan Bobby Evans, 28 of Scottsboro, was
charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

• William Ray Isbell, 57 of New Hope, was charged with
failure to appear.
• Ray Lee Gibson, 49 of Valley Head, was
charged with failure to appear.
