STEVENSON- On December 2, 2023, local authors Andrea and Jonathan Colvin met in the Stevenson Library for an official book signing of their new book, And Then There Were Four. The Stevenson Library, Nia Stivers, and Christie Hannah Pierce hosted the event. Andrea and Jonathan live on their family farm in Jackson County, and they work for the Jackson County Board of Education, as well as being active members of their community. Recently, the couple coauthored a book sharing their testimony about their journey to become parents. The cover of the book states, “God never promises that the road we travel on will be easy. What He does promise is that He will be with us every step of the way. Just when Jonathan and I thought all hope was lost in having our own family, God saw it fit to give us two beautiful blessings through the selfless act of adoption. This is our testimony – the story of our pregnancy loss and infertility and how God brought us through the toughest storms of our lives. Through His mercy and faithfulness, we are able to share our story of struggles and triumphs. Our hope in writing this book is that we can reach someone who is struggling or who finds themselves in a similar situation. We hope to show that, through faith and guidance, God makes all things possible.” The book can be purchased on Amazon for $20.00.
